HOLY CRAP Have I got a lot to tell you

 Ok, not really. I mean it's a lot....just not a lot of reading on your part!

Since I was here last, I:

- Got in to see a Dr
- Did my diet (6months)
- Got my insurance approval
- HAD MY SURGERY!!!!!


So here I am. 7 days post-op LapBand.  I went with the Relize band.  It has a lower profile port and my Dr sias his PA hits the easier....that was enough for me!

I'm still getting a little tightness and a TINY touch tender from my incisions.  I've got a youtube channel:

And when I figure out how to embed the videos I'll start doing that!
