3 month anniversary coming up tomorrow. Things have been going good, still trying to figure out how to get all the supplements & protein in in one day. This has been a challenge. I have lost 76 lbs so far, went down 3 sizes & on my way down another size. I feel the best I have in years, LOTS more energy. I am always on the go, especially now with the holidays.My family is amazed at how I eat now & how fast the weight is coming off. They have all given me support & praise since I had the surgery. It is nice to finally be able to do simple things like paint my toe nails or even bend over to tie my shoe not to mention being able to walk with out getting out of breath.
This surgery has been a blessing. I can't wait to see the end results.
