Finally unstuck- under 200. Have had a couple small fills after recovering from being too tight and done well just not losing fast. Last fill 1 week ago and started to lose again. My body has been doing some changing in conformation even while not losing. I have discovered that the pouch also responds to hormone cycles- who would have thought. The bloating- it bloats the pouch too. So I can be going along just fine and all of a sudden I can't eat more than a couple bites at a time for a few days.
  I know it is still work but that is OK. I think that it is good for me not to have it come too easy.
  I love my band!
