80 pounds lost.........

I have lost 28 pounds so far. I am now down to 325. I can't seem to get motivated to exercise. Fortuately, I have some co-workers who want to exercise and we are starting a walking group after work.

Met with Dr. Gibbs today for my three week check up. Doc states that I am doing good and now I can begin to exercise more!!!! I have lost some more weight and will going back to work next Monday. Doc stated that my calcium was low (before surgery)( I knew that, I only like milk in the form of ice cream and real cheese) and I still need to supplement that with a six week prescription that he gave me.

I am now one week post-op and feeling great. I had no pain in the hospital or now. I stopped by my doctor's office to pick up some paper work and weighed myself just for fun. I have lost 18 pounds.

 

Surgery completed on April 30th first one of the day and how I am home. Had to stay in the hospital one day later due to a fever. Staff was wonderful.
