My once a year check in!  Still doing great and keeping my weight stable at 130 to 132.  Happy with that.  I just like to post this once a year on the anniversary of my surgery to let new post ops ...

Today marks 16 years since my RNY. I am doing well and do post this once a year to help any newbies understand that this can be a long-term solution. I weighed in at 325 at my heaviest, 275 surgery day. Got down to 132 at one point during that time.

I last posted on my 10 year anniversary and today makes 14! I weigh the same as I did then. 145! I did regain again to almost 180 but through hard work and determination, I was able to lose it by buckling down at the beginning of this year.
