Hi everybody, My name is Ann and I want and need gbs. I have a history of hernias and the doc says that I need this weight to come off. I started this journey July 3 2005. Applied to the ins company and was turned down. So on to an appeal. Went to a few semanars and liked Dr Gluck the best. Went to see him Sept 1 and started the ball rolling. I called the ins and was told that it wasn't covered benifit unless medical nessary. Doc said that it was medical nessary and submitted all the info. Dec 19 2005 I was sent back my 2nd denial, no 6 month supervised weight loss history with doc and nutritionest, so I started that the end of Jan 2006. The end of July I had reached the goal and resumitted and got my approvial!! I got a date---------Oct 25 2006! Boy am I happy, and also a little scared, but this group at OH is really helping me.
