Weight update I am holding at 235 or so. Gain a little back. I was working at an office where everyone had candy on desk. Plus they seem to doing birthday cake and potlucks every week. So I was always snacking. I now work for H&R doing what I love to do Taxes. I work in a kisok in a Wal-Mart, only 6 miles from home. Beats driving 66 miles roundtrip everyday. Dart season starts again on the 19th of Feb. I have an all new team. My older brother and his son is going to play with me. Well I will try to keep this updated more often. My goal is to get down to 220. I will keep trying.

I am now down to 235lbs. I can't wait until June 1, 2007 to see what my weight will be after 2 years after the WLS.

Just a note to let you all know I am now down to 230lbs. just 40lbs shy of my goal weight of 190lbs. I ahve started a new job. I have also met a lady at work who is pre-op for the surgery. Her name is Bev and I have been asked to lead her support team. I ahve also spoken to a young lady tonight on the phone who is also thinking about having the surgery. I told her I would love to meet her and answer any questions she might have. Well until the next update, stay fit.

Just a short note. My wife Beth found out that she had ovarian cancer in April 2006. She passed away on June 29, 2006 at the age of 40. She was just in the middle of getting approved for WLS. She weigh 400lbs at her death. She had loss 150 lbs. on her own up till that point in her short life. I will miss her. I Love you Baby doll and enjoyed the seven wonderful years we spent together married, have fun singing with Jesus, Pooh. I had my one year weigh in on June 1, 2006 my WLS date was 6/1/05 I loss a total of 173 lbs in one year. As of today I now way 240 lbs.

Wow almost a year since WLS and have lost 160 lbs I am going to see Dr. Juraez on my One year date in June 1st and will give you the total for the year. Go Vikings.

Praise the Lord I can now use a regular doctors office scale. I now weigh 347 lbs. I have a totla of 77 lbs. since my WLS on 6/1/05. A grand total of 212 lbs. since 9/03. New photos to follow soon.

One of my best friends had RNY about six months before my husband did, and she SWORE to me that it cured her of her, um, "flatulence." So, in anticipation of the same outcome of my husband's surgery, I was filled with absolute JOY!

Preoperatively you see, my husband could literally have been hired by the government in place of millions of dollars of expensive nuclear arms. All they would have had to do is sneak Allen into enemy territory and he could annihalate their troops in MILLISECONDS. And, he wouldn't even make a noise! (those silent ones are the most deadly!)

Well, as it turn out, the results aren't the same for everyone- because Allen is still "tootin" as much as ever. Grinning from ear to ear

Just weigh in at the hospital 397.7 lbs down 26.7 since my surgery on 6/1/05

Today is Thursday, June 2nd, 2005. I am still in the hospital. I have been walking the hallway all afternoon, visiting with the folks I met in the patient education class on the Tuesday before surgery. Everyone looks awesome post op.

I can't wait to see what my future is going to be like because now I believe that I will have one.

Hi everyone I have been home since 6/4/05. I am doing great. No pain or dumping sydome. Just walking and talking to friends and family. Went to church on Sunday 6/5/05 everyone was surprize to see me there so soon after surgery. Have my follow up with Dr. Juarez on 6/10/05 will add more later.

Hi everyone just a quick update to let you know everything is going fine and dandy. Weigh in on 6/20/05 at 409. Have lost 15.1 since my surgery on 6/1/05. I am now allowed back into the water so I am doing my water aborics again Yey!!! Will write more later.
