I have been over weight most of my adult life. After having three children I was never able to get my body back. My middle child is where I seemed to get the most weight from. (I am still trying to loose baby fat.....24 years later. lol) I have been able to lose weight before but I could never seem to keep it off. It would always come back with a vengeance and bring friends. I am really looking forward to getting my tool and working it to the max.
