Doctors just called to set up appointment for this test.  Anyone take this can you give me an idea what this is all about?

I'm not a big drinker, but I do like to drink.  Please tell me we can drink something.  My typical I'm a Tequila girl with a Beer Michelob Ultra low carb. 

I'm doing my research and I see many have the Dumping Syndrome.  I'm wondering how often it happens in the beginning and when does it get better?  What are the best ways to avoid Dumping Syndrome? 

I just got back from the hospital and they said my band needs to come out.  Not looking for another surgery but looks like I have no choice on this one.  My band flipped and haven't thought about it in many years till I started having trouble
