well 2more mnths left and still no permanant wl. so now my dr gave me some phentermine. i hope this will help me loose something. i plan on starting it today or tommorow. i really hope this will help me. has anyone every used these? if so any all infomation will help. so i can get a good result from them. my weight is now 317lbs we will see i will try to keep ya posted! thanks

so its been three months now i been on my supervised diet and i have went from loosing 16lbs to gaining it all back!! like what the hell! i just donbt know what to do with myself i swear! Im so miserable and i even been dieting to my best and cant keep anything off! if anyone could give me on any tips on how to loose at least 30 lbs in the next 3 month i would grratly appreciate it. THANKS SOO MUCH! miss ya guys!

I KNOW I HAVENT BEEN ON MUCH SORRY! WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF MOVING AND HAD TO GET THE INTERNET TURNED OFF TILL WE GET SETTLED WERE WE ARE GOING TO BE AND ITS BEEN A BIGGG PAIN IN THE ASS. ANY WAYS STILL TRYIN G TO LOOSE WEIGHT AND AINT HAVEN MUCH LUCK! THIS 6MONTH SUPERVISED DIET SUCKS!!!  WELL ENTILL NEXT TIME!

so i had my appoinment on the 24th and well it went really well he was a super nice dr. although the diet i was put on suckkkkkkks its stuff i wont eat! but its a 1800 calorie diet high protein. i go back in one month for my check up. I have to go do some blood work soon as well. fun fun but thats that just wanted to keep yall updated!

was just sitting here thinking like a good goal for me and i was thinking i would love to have a normal BMI in order for me to have a normal BMI i have to loose 160lbs it just seems so impossible!  I really hope i get approved for surgery!

So i called today to make a new patient appointment and i have an appointment febuary 24!!! at 3 I am so excited and i asked the woman if any of these doctors have delt with patients that are interested in WLS and she said yes!!! That made my day even more! i can wait!!

GUESS WHAT?!?!!? I GOT MY CARD! come to find out they only send them out monthly when you change doctors ummm well thanks for telling me that! but any ways its finaly here and i am going to call th dr first thing to make my new pactient appointment! Im so FREAKING EXCITED!! cAn YoU TeLl???? well i will be back tommorrow after my call!!!
                                  

STILL NO DAMN INSURANCE CARD LIKE WTF!! THIS IS SAPOSE TO BE THE EASY PART!!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD ISSUESS GETTING MY DAMN CARD BEFORE BUT NOW THAT I NEED TO USE IT. IT HASENT CAME AND I CALLED MY WORKER 3 TIMES LAST WEEK AND LEFT HER MESSAGES AND SHE HASENT RETURNED THEN TO LET ME KNOW IF SHE KNEW WHY I HAVENT GOTTEN THEM ANY WAYS IM GETTING SO PISSED ITS NOT EVEN FUN. So today also didnt top it off. when i had to go to a class for alive at 25 cuz of a speeding ticket i got and i can barely fit in the damn chair and it was a four hour class with 2-3 10 min breaks and them damn bars cutting into my hips i just wanted to scream like heyyyyyyyyyyyy do you got a chair for fat asses!!! it made me wounder if the chunky chick next to me felt the same way or maybe she fit well i dunno. it makes me remember when i went to college to GED my get they use the old school desk durning the testing at the begining and i could barely fit in those like my stomach had to rest on the table. UGHHH Moment like this are what keeping me from giving up! IM GOING TO FIGHT MY BEST TO GET THE WLS I SOOO NEED IT!

OK so i did not get my damn insurance card !! talk about pissed!!!!! ERR. Im just ready to loose some damn weight! Im so tired of being fat!!!! I get so discouraged when things dontgo2plan!....Shit i dont even know if  will even get approved with medicaid. i really wanna try! I just really want my life. I WISH I HAD THE MONEY TO JUST PAY FOR IT AND GET IT OVER WITH! UGHH i will be calling tommorrow to see were the hell my card is THAT FOR SURE!!!

Ok so my medicaid worker did call me friday and changed my PCP so now im waiting to receive my New Insurance card so i can get this started! WOOP WOOP!
