 It has been a little over 1 month since my last adjustment. I have been struggling. I can't seem to keep much food down. The positive thing is that I have lost several pounds but at the cost of throwing up and eating very little. I am scared and don't know if my band is too tight. I'm afraid of loosening it and screwing up my weight lost. I have also been experiencing serious acid reflux. This has been the main reason why my food doesn't stay down. Can anyone offer some advise?

 Monday Oct 5, is the day. The start to the new me. I have been waiting for so long to have this lap-band procedure done. I have to admit I am a little nervous. But thats nothing that my Lord and Savior cant handle. I can't wait to become healthier. Does anyone have any pointers on what to expect before the big day or post-op?
