10 days post op!

Hello! My surgery was executed on 8/16/12; today's date is 8/26/12. I was 256 pre-op and I'm now 241. I've been stuck at 241 for the past 3 days; however, I'm still optimistic as today is my 1st day to begin my workout plan. My doctor did not release me for physical activity until today. Glad to be here and I'll be adding a pic.
