4 week follow up July 21, 2009

I had my 4 week follow up yesterday. I have lost another 7 pounds. I am excited about that. That is a total of 26 pounds down. I'm scheduled to go back on August 7th. My doctor said that we will discuss getting a fill at that appointment. She also said that it would be my decision to get the fill at that time. My appointment was very good. She said that my numbers are looking good, and I'm doing good. The only thing that I haven't started doing yet....is walking. I'm going to try to start walking this week. I know walking is going to increase my metabolism. I know that making this decision is going to change my life for the good.
