Have apparently hit some sort of 5/6 week stall!Have started exercise: Zumba on Thurs, gardening on weekend, and peresonal trainer yesterday - no idfference except i'm sore all over! LOL
Clothes are falling off - had to roll up my pants waist on Monday -- so that's a good thing!
But i really want to lose another 20 lbs by the fourth of July! Dag!
So what should i do? -- I've been eating cottage cheese for breakfast, tuna or chicken salad for lunch, and then 2oz turkey and 1 oz mashed potato, and 1 oz veggie for dinner I try to have 1 additional protien shake during the day -- just to make sure i get 70 protiens. I had not been gettin in enough wat4er - but this weekend i got in 8 glasses every day - and still nothing. I am going to start a food diary today.
