Tuesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!

My prayers will be with you as you go through the surgery and recovery. May your strength be restored; your recovery be swift and your tender heart be renewed.

Robin, Good Luck tomorrow. If you are still up to read this... I am hoping for late April surgery. wish it could be sooner, but the extra time to get my head ready is probably a good thing... so I keep telling myself. Well again good luck and keep us posted as soon as you are up to it.

Hi Robin, I'd say don't be nervous, but heck, I was! Of course it was all for nothing (except I probably burned a few more calories) because my surgery went fine. I always say the week before surgery was harder than the week after (it was for me anyway). Keep it positive and and that includes having ONLY supportive people around you. You've made a wonderful and couragous decision to improve your health (of course in retrospect it seems like a "no brainer" to me now). Be proud of yourself; take care of yourself and I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true......
