Well today is a good day. Well let me tell every one I'm starting over. Well sence the last time I was on I gained all my weight back. I sence lost 4lbs. I'm starting new. This is my year and I will make it. I just wanted to keep every one posted on me. I don't blame any one. I just know I need to start over and dont stop or let any thing bother to where i would stop. I will control my feeling and learn how to do with them in a good way. I will do this.
