3 years have passed and I have reached all my goals!
In retrospect the first year after VSG brought a lot of difficulties along. In the first 3 month I could not eat at all and survived on liquids only. Than gradually I was able to eat more and more solid food again – in small portions of course.
My weight has stabilized at 85kg – a very comfortable number and the very unpleasant eating side effects after VSG are passed with one exception. I still suffer from a running nose after a meal. All my blood values are back to normal and my doctor is very pleased with my health conditions.
