"What to say about Dr. Berntsen, she is down to earth. I've never felt more comfortable with a Dr. the first time I met them. She has a great sense of humor. My impression only became better as I get to know her. She never makes me feel as if I'm a problem patient. Her staff is very professional and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. I have no dislikes of her. She is very diligent about aftercare. Keep your appointments, eat your protein, and take your vitamins. All risk were emphasize by word of mouth and through reading materials. If you missed it you weren't paying attention. A-1 surgeon with impecable bedside manner."
