I have made a big decision in my life at 57 years old to start living again! As of right now I weigh 370 lbs.( this is my highest weight ever). My knees are shot and need Knee replacements on both so majority of time if I go out anywhere with my husband I have to use a wheelchair. Never thought I would get to this point but it sneaks up on you. All thru High school I did not know what a diet was and I was lucky because majority of my family is obese. Guess I thought I was immune to it or something--how wrong I was!!! My dad passed away due to diabetes resulting from his weight at age 63 so this really scares me!! I have been stalking on OH and have picked up on so much and soo excited about taking my life back so that I can enjoy it with hubby and family!! Life is way too short!! I am really excited on starting my journey and meeting new friends along the way.
My insurance has approved this and just going thru the pre-op requirements. Dr. said if everything goes good should have my surgery in June or July!!! Please feel free to add as a friend -more friends the better and looking forward to getting to know my OH friends!!!
