Hi there Lightweights,
So i have reached month 9, it really did go quickly.
so weight loss has slowed down. 2 pounds this month
102 pounds total lost

1/2 marathon may (no walking 3 hours)
Nike 1/2 Marathon in San Francisco Oct (NO WALKING) 2:16 amazing this was my 8th one.
beat last years time by 1 hour... also 100 pounds lighter...

Well i am finally able to start back running after i hurt my hip. thank goodness since my half marathon is oct 17th.
Monday sept 28th one hour with the trainer

Well bad news is hip still does not like running. Still in treatment. Tried a few runs this week but hip said no way. Still have 4 weeks to my half marathon so not panicking.

7 month update
monthly week loss 9.8 pounds
weight lost over all 90 pounds
I reached the normal BMI of 24.9 for my height 5'3"
I continue to try cooking new foods, new exercises and new clothes (lol)

I have been trying many different low carbs recipes and I love that my family tries everything that I make. They never shy away from trying my new recipes. That is a victory for me. I love how they support my new eating style.
