Hello OH family, just wanted to give you an update on my journey.....Well last week I attended orientation requirements to begin the healthy living program  as required by my insurance company for wls. Went back Friday to give weight and required initial body measurements. I'm so excited that I will begin excersing this week and then continue on for the next three months, then I can call the surgeon office to get my consultation with surgeon in April to see when my surgery will take place...really hoping it be in April or the early part of May, because my sister will be getting married June 23rd and I would love to have some weight off by then, if not I'll still be happy because I know my journey has officially started...........
