Post op appt went VERY well. Doc said that I am ahead of the curve with my weight loss!! 10 days post opp down 14 lbs of actual weight and 31 since I was released from the hospital one week ago!! Sorry trying not to gloat but I am very proud of my self this entire proses has been very tough on me and my family and I got through the first part!! I digress... so I have been cleared for some soft foods!! re fried beans, cheese, thin sliced lunch meat, and eggs. very slowly starting with the softest thing. I had some beans and cheese today for lunch and they were pretty much the best thing I have ever tasted lol also I have been cleared for cardio!! I cant wait to get in the pool!!! :) 

Post opp day 6 and I feel great I know that It will probably get harder and easier at times still, But today I'm doing great! I feel like I can finally get what I need in my body and I have energy. My pain is way better, not even taking meds. Not to mention I dropped almost all the weight I gained in the hospital! I had a rough first four days but I would do it all again! I AM starting to get a little bothered by other people eating tho(like I wish I could eat) but nothing I cant kick out of my head :) my post opp check up is on Thursday so I will probably be cleared to full liquid and that's scary cause its something else to have to figure out but that's OK!! Have a great day everyone!!! 

I am on my first of a two day liquid pre opp diet!! its actually going well just trying to keep busy so I don't think about it :) Cant wait for this all to over with, I am just ready!

My RNY is set for the 22nd at 6am!! less than two weeks! I am sooo excited! very nervous but ready to start a new way of living :) 

well what a crazy few months! I feel like ever since I finally decided to have WLS I have been on a roller coaster!! literary a week after I decided to have it I got approval from my primary and got enrolled to take the 12 week kaiser education class. Took the class which ended on March 15th, got labs, chest x ray, EKG and phych clearance. Got my clearance to go see a surgeon and than got stuck at the top of the coaster lol. I have been waiting a month for my consult for the surgeon, and it has finally come!!! Its this Thursday and I am so excited!!!! I just cant wait to be healthy and be active and not feel bogged down and lazy all the time!! Wish me luck 3 days
