WOW - I can't believe it - 2 more days. I thought I would never be able to do this pre-op diet program but guess what? I have already shed 17 pounds. I know I can loose the weight and this is proof of it - I just can't keep it off. Sound familiar? That is why I am so excited about getting the permanent help of the Lap Band. Now I am asking myself if I will ever be able to taste that delicious steak, baked potato and salad again??? I will be satisfied with very small portions; I just want to enjoy the taste again. Going through a little grief today.
