Finally, going down again!

Per my surgeon's advice, I went on a 3 day liquid diet last Wed through Friday to kick start my weight loss into gear.  Weighed in this morning (Monday 11/10/14) 4 pounds down, now 334.  Going to try this again if or whenI go into another stall.  Last time at this weight I figure about 1990?
