First PB while on vacation!! WTF??

I had my first PB incident while on vacation.  We were in the T Rex Restaurant (all 11 of us) and the food came.  Ate literally 3 bites of my ribs (which I have eaten in the past) and this horrible pain comes on.  The pain keeps coming and going.  I excuse myself go in the ladies room and just stand there in pain.  I couldn't vomit or anything.  Go back to the table and feel like I want to die.  At this point, I am not even talking anymore, the pain was that bad.  Kept coming and going (reminded me of labor pains, only higher in my chest)  I must have gone to the ladies room 3 or more times.  On one of the trips, half the alien came up!!!  Scary!!  But the pain never leaves, so I know there is more stuck.  The whole time I am trying not to worry every1 I am with, but I am unable to talk or interact in any way.  After we finally leave I had a torturous and painful ride back to the timeshare.  Hubby drops me off and goes to buy me green tea and pineapple juice to try and help with this misery.  I go in the bathroom and finally (Thank you Jesus!)  the other half of the alien emerges!!  So almost 2 hrs later & the pain is gone!!!  That was pure torture!!!  It was very painful.  What a miserable experience.  I have been having troubles a lot lately with things getting slightly stuck.  I am trying to be extra cautious and chew well.  I never want to relive that experience again!!!!!!!!!!!  Really made me question my decision to get this band.  I know that was just becuz of the pain I was in, and how scared I was.
