Had some plastic sugery in Feb (lower bodylift) posted on the surgery board had a lot of complications but doing alot better now currently weighing 186 which is nice I go for a check up on the 20th. Hadn't been to the gym much lately due to complications but plan on returning this weekend will post new pics soon hope everyone is doing well.
