"Dr. Coon made a very personal an close impression. He has made an effort to talk to me at every support meeting and spent about an hour with me on my 1st consultation appointment.
His office started off rough, it could have been me since I wanted a consultation without a referral. Once I received my referral his office staff has been great.
Since I'm pre op I have only heard about aftercare, so I cannot comment at this time.
