I still cant seem to talk myself into exercise, I know I should be doing it and still never seem to find the time.  Help !

I am almost 3 weeks post surgery and I still cant eat anything? I am only having protien drinks and soup broth,  I tried reg soup but got sick after two bites, anyone else eating yet?

I am only 12 days past surgery and decided to go back to work, I have an office job so I just sit all day, however I find it really hard to sit all day. I get alot of pain in my lower left side after sitting to long, does anyone else find this to be a problem??? Thanks

I am finally back home in my own bed, I went for my one week check-up and I am down 14lbs.  Is that even possible?, I told them to weigh me again, so they did, and yep I am. Yeah this is looking good so far. 

Tomorrow is my one week check-up.  I am felling pretty good,  My back is sore from sleeping in a chair, I cant get out of bed yet, it is too low the the floor.  I am going to try  tonight., the bed that is .

back home from surgey, everything went well, I am still pretty sore around the incision areas, but doing pretty good.  I am going to have to sleep in the recliner, cause lying flat on the bed is to much to handel.
