Weight lost June 26 2008

Well I have lost over 60 lbs...I feel I should have lost more but have not at this point...I lose slow..I feel it's better then not lossing at all..But now I have the hanging skin from the top of my legs kinda gross...again I can live with that.I'm 5 months out and I think God that I had surgery....Thank you God...with out it I'm sure by now I would not be able to even walk...

I have lost more weight still not able to go down a size April

I have lost more weight...oh my gosh getting this surgery was one of the best things I have ever done....I'm down from 326 to 287. wow !!!!!!

Well things have been going ok..Food seems to be getting stuck so I have to eat even more slow then before..I have tuna with mayo ground up and lunch meat with mayo all ground up. some days it goes down ohter times it just wont and it hurts my chest...

Well I have been doing better as far as not crying any more..( thank goodness) Yes I'm doing much better..I still have to once a day or every other day.I have been trying to eat my soup they said I could eat and I get sick so they told me to eat tuna with mayo turkey and ham all ground up..
sounds good to  me..I have to wait to go to the store to get the light mayo.. 
I dont know about anyone else but I fear putting on weight now that they want me to eat but I will do what I'm told. And the doctors office told me not to worry about weight gain due to not getting that many cal's in..so I will eat as told..

I have been crying and I cant seem to stop.I'm not having any pain its all emtional.I'm not sure what emototion is making me cry but I'am 
I will be see my Dr Mon and will talk to him about it.I just hate it.I feel so empty and lonley.

Well like a fool I ate some mashed potatoes and it kinda made me sick. Not bad but it felt stuck in my chest..I have been on a liquid diet for 3 weeks and just couldnt take it any longer..I did feel a lot of guilt.I will know next Mon what I will be able to start eating..

Well I'm home crabby and tired..lol The surgery went well. I have to sleep a lot take my medications and walk so my day is pretty full..I didnt know how much work this would be..However I know it will be worth it..

I had my appointment and it went well..I have to work very hard and not eating real food..and staying on my liquid diet..I have my surgery this friday so its time to really do well at everything.And I will I know I can..I'm still like well I have worked this hard to get the surgery so it's just another step..I break it all down. The surgery is not the end of the jurney lots more steps to take every day is a jurney( bad spelling sorry).

Tomorrow is my last appointment with the PC to take my blood and uirne.My surgery is Jan 25th man time has really gone by fast...

Well yesterday was a busy day and a good day all in one.I had to get up at 5am and it took 4 hours to get all the information on everything.Its takes me like 2 hours or more to get there but it was worth it.
I learned to much and meet with new PA and so on. They are a great group.so I'm off and running
