Week 49 - so close, so far

Okay so its been a few weeks since i dropped in on this... I feel like I am out of sorts. I'm still losing, slowly, but still moving it lb by lb. :)
Whats not happening is I still, yes STILL cant get myself on track with my vitamins. I know its important and i have no excuse. I am eating all day long, how I am supposed to and making sound choices of what it is and in what amounts... but it seems like I'm doing okay with everything BUT vitamins. Well at least mostly everything. I have been skipping out ton routine workouts and opting for various forms of it instead over this summer... like I coach soccer 3 nights a week and running after little kids and kicking a ball around is hard work. Then I bike ride and walk a ton... but not really doing my swimming these past few weeks and weights.. well I lift copier paper, does that count???
I am staring down the muzzle at Onederland and a size 14... Motivation enough... but would love suggestions to push me there???
