Hello friends gonna give this blog a try.
My surgery was April 4,2011 I had rny & it was the best decision i ever made no regrets at all !
I have been on OH support group since day one and I love you all and I could not have done it with out all of you although i don't write alot  ..
I do read alot :)
I have had no complications from surgery I am one of the lucky ones and very thankful for that.
I started off weighing 257 and had high bp & sleep apnea very depressed and on several medications.
I am 5'3 and now weigh 150 and off all medications except celexa and hormone patch and vitamins I feel on top of the world !
I wear a size 6 and some 4's in pants and med/lg shirts.
Although i had no physical complications i did have a lot of emotional roller coaster rides....up & down not knowing what tomorrow will be like.
It has gotten better but I am at a point now trying to maintain and maybe lose 10 more lbs.. wondering what is next ???
All the excitement is gone :( I am 40 years old and trying to figure out my career and how to live my healthy life.
Also my daughter is getting married and moving out so i have a little empty nest syndrome....any one else feeling lost at 11 months out ??
