"I can't express how happy I am with the Bay Area Hospital. I have no negative things to say. My husband and I had our surgery the same day. We were assured by our surgeon that the nurses were trained by him on how they were to handle anything that may come up. The nurses were able to answer any questions that came up. They were very accommodating when it came to making sure my husband and I had rooms side by side. They also made sure to update the other of how we were doing. Then we were up and around they accommodated us visiting with the other hours on end. Our rooms were nice and quite. The nurses made sure we were comfortable at all times. My husband was about 400 pounds at surgery, and they were easily able to care for him. We informed the hospital upon arrival our car would stay in the parking lot for the duration of our stay and they had security watch over it. As far as value, I was a self pay, and we traveled over three hours to have surgery there as my home town would have cost me over $6,000.00 more. I couldn't have been happier with them. It is a small town hospital with a big heart."
