Hi Liz, I just wanted you to know that I listed YOU as my Angel. Because without you, literally, I would not be going through with this. So if I'm cursing you after surgery don't be surprised!! But know that I love you and because you will be there with me I will be stronger, and I want to be there for you too. May God bless us both.

~**July 22, 2003**~ My surgeon's paperwork processor who handles all the info. for the insurance company faxed the info. to the old fax number of my insurance company on July 3rd. Fortunately, I called my insurance company to see if they had received it. They had not, and therefore gave me the correct fax number. The paperwork processor that handles my case, was on a day off. They hope to have it re-faxed to the correct number by Friday. Yes, you are correct, this is Tues. but I will just be patient and call Thurs. to see if she has faxed it. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, follow up insurance and surgeon's office with phone calls!

Well, it looks like I've decided to disregard what the insurance benefits representative said. I called to make an appt. for the pysch. evaluation at the Couseling offices my co-worker went to. They were so helpful. They gave me the office codes for the test, and follow up apointment so that I was able to call the insurance company back and give them accurate info. for coverage. I am covered for this testing, so I went ahead and SCHEDULED it. Whether I need it, or not. I will take the test on Mon. and Thurs. I go back for the evaluation apointment. So, that will be one hurtle jumped. That's about all I have. If anyone has any information about things I should buy ahead of the surgery, ie., protein powder? liquids? any thing I would be able to purchase ahead. Just email me, or post it. Thanks.
