I had my first appointment today at Oband. They did bloodwork, an EKG and made appointments for stress, pysch and sleep study test. Wow after nine years I'be gained 35 pounds back and never reached goal. So hey most people think I'm fit but I can't stop thinking about food. I can't sit back waiting while I return back to 320 pounds. So I'm trying to decide sleeve or band. I'm afraid of getting to skinny and looking sick. I do have hips that aren't going very far.

I haven't posted in awhile. I am very happy with my skin removal. I went to Strax . I had my tummy tuck, beltiticomy, implants and arms done. I weigh 180 pounds now. I gained some muscle. I work five times a week , for one hour. I eat somewhat okay me and junk food get along at times. I added some protein shakes to my diet. I take off two weeks when I noticeI start to get thin in my face. I have to keep a balance so I wont look too sickly. Overall I have started my own photography company here in Miami. Nexgen Photography Inc. (786(277-3360), Therefore I can take all the pictures I want for free. So funny when I was 320 pounds you couldnt pay me to take a picture.

So excited getting ready to have my braciplasty, tummy tuck, adominiplasty ( tummy tuck) and breast implants Sept 7,2010, ) then back fot my beltectomy and thigh lift Oct1, 2010.

Being lighter and free. Life cannot be any better
