"Ok, Dr.Gaskin will be my surgeon, this has changed from Dr. Mitchell since Dr. Mitchell will no longer have a private practice. My first impression that he has a lot of energy, believes in this surgery, is knowledgeable, and likes to joke alot. I won't meet his staff until June 17th, the day before my surgery. Since his time was limited at the seminar, the people at New Start were great about answering initial questions and explaining the procedures, aftercare, etc. They also, as well as Dr. Gaskin, went into the risks of surgery."

"Carrie was absolutely wonderful. She encouraged me to call her if I got stuck with the same foods, or bored eating the same things over. She advised me that she would give me different suggestions or ideas. She stressed the importance of vitamins and proteins. I assumed, before speaking with her, that hair loss was just part of the process, but after speaking with her, I know that it doesn't have to be as long as one follows the prescribed vitamins. She was wonderful, polite, helpful and knowledgeable."
