In just 6 more days I have my first consult with Dr. Bauman. I have heard some great things about him and am so excited to begin this new journey in my life! I have been overweight most of my life and like many others, I have lost and gained probably several hundred pounds in my life. I am divorced and have two wonderful children that are now adults and recently out on their own. I miss them, but I also know I have to let them go, grow, and learn all about this tough world out there . They are my strength though and I want to be healthy so that one day (hopefully several years from now) I can enjoy my grandchildren!
 I look forward to getting to know new friends that have and are going through the same things I will be going through!
