I am ready to do this - hoping to have vertical sleeve surgery in late 2013. (update: surgery early 2014...still punching the card for insurance requirements)
I have 2 young kids and I work full time.
I've been overweight my entire life. I was 85 pounds in kindergarten, 185 in 8th grade, 244 in high school, bounced up and down in the mid 200s in my 20s, and it has crept up to the 340s now in my early 30s. I delivered both babies at 375 pounds and lost the baby weight and nothing more both times.
