I'm back.....

Well, here it is, 2009.  Time really flies by us quickely............as does the weight climb up on us quickly.  For a quick review for you all, I had open RNY back in Nov. 03.  I was 435 pre-op.  I lost weight, down to 299, within the first 9 months....it was over from there.  My surgeon retired.  Didn't go to the support groups, not watching what I was eating as closely as I should have, wasn't exercising like I was supposed to, got pregnant, lost the baby, and now here I am.  By mid 2008, I was back up to 363.  I have started with a weight clinic, and working with my PCP, and have lost 28 lbs.  I have 2 month's left to finish the 6 month required insurance medically supervised diet plan, then I am going back in to have the Lap-band placed over my pouch.  I am going to try to keep up more this time with my updates, so.....wish me well!
