i am 3 days post op and woke up this morning with diarrhea. Is this something I should be concerned about? TIA

finally had my procedure done on 4/20 I am now home. I'm not sure how to feel. Can't believe that I did it. I'm not in any pain I just feel very sore. Everything went according to plan so I'm thankful for that. I guess now I just feel like besides following my diet where else do i go from here?
