Well Today is Saturday 03/23 - 26 more days til my surgery. Im sitting here at my office. This is where I seem to start looking at all the websites about the surgery and see all the sucess stories. Today I am a bit anixous. Dont know why.. Just wish that it was next week. I have gotten some really good information from lots of great people. Im sure at some point I need to stop looking at everything and just focus on the information that I have now. Im curious... Anyone out there that is exercising use water exercises ??? Water Aerobics ??? Well thats about it for tonight.
