3 months out

I will be three months out in two days, and have officially lost 70 pounds. My doctor told me ... one more pound, and I will be OUT of the 'morbidly obese' category, and will be only obese.(Shout hallelujah). I've lost 16 inches from my waist. Weeeeee. I have a waist again.
I've got to start doing better with my water and exercise though, and then I KNOW it will fall off faster. It's been going to slow to suit me. As Tony (?) the exercise guru says... 'I can do ittttt!"
