Medical Intake Appointment

Today was my intake appointment with DR. Bon at the bariatric center in Thunder Bay
I was so nervous because I did not know what to expect and I over think everything !!
….. but it was pretty simple.
I was weighed, and had my height measured, then I went into the office.
We went over the questionnaire I filled out during the orientation and then my blood work, 
I am pretty healthy blood test wise the only problem is my vitamin D and that’s nothing some vitamins and sun can’t cure. He also said I am no where near diabetic which is awesome because most of my family is diabetic and I want to make positive changes in my life before I do encounter these problems. He listened to my heart and my lungs,& checked my blood pressure. He then told me I am a good candidate and I am at no risk/minimum other then the small risk of surgery in general. My next 2 appointments are made and I go back to the bariatric center May 12 2016
