HEY FAM IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I POSTED LET SEE IAM NOW 11MONTHS OUT AND I HAVE LOST 140LBS I HAVE BEEN GAINING AND LOSSING THE SAME 4LBS IN A MONTH THIS IS REALLY BEGGINING TO ANOY ME BUT IN IT ALL GOD IS GOOD BECAUSE I HAVE COME FROM A MIGHTY LONG WAY STARTING AT 406 LBS AND KNOW 266 OH YOU JUST DON'T KNOW THE CHANGES THAT HAVE TAKEN IN MY LIFE ON THIS WEEKEND MY HUSBAND AND KIDS AND MYSELF WENT SHOPPING IN TOWNEAST MALL IN DALLAS TX WE HAD A BLAST WE ARE TALKING ABOUT SOMEONE THAT WOULD NEVER GO SHOPPING NEVER A MALL WELL NOT BECAUSE I DID NOT LIKE IT BUT BECAUSE I COULD NOT DO THE WALKING WITHOUT PAIN AND BEING OUT OF BREATH SO GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME AND ITS A JOY TO BE ABLE TO DO WHAT MOST PEOPLE TAKE FOR  GRANTED . WELL I HAVE TALK ENOUGH UNTIL NEXT TIME ...   

It is summertime , I plan to get out and do things with my husband and kids this year usually I sit in the house and feel sorry for myself but baby Iam 127lbs lighter and feel really good about myself no Iam not a size 12 but Iam not a size38 anymore Iam a size 22-24 and lovin see when you are a size 38 and cant do anything cant enjoy life cant breath ,cant walk oh my God dont start me Iam lovin myself and everyone and thing around me I thank god for my surgery no Iam not a size 4 or 5 but Iam lovin being a size 22-24 and going down I would do it again and again . 

Today is a wonderful day it is so beautiful I have lost 121lbs as of today still got a long way togo the wt is cpming off but slow now not as fast as it was in the begining I admit it is getting harder to lose still trying to figure out the pouch and the way it works and how to make it work for me getting a little discouraged and the cravings I thought they would go away but they have returned and that husband of mine oh my God he is just unreal he thinks every man on this earth is looking at me maybe he will get use to the new me soon and learn to enjoy his new wife  He said he has to learn to be with a smaller woman dont get me wrong I am loving the attention well until next time see yah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well today is a good day I wieghed today and Iam done 118 lbs and Iam in a size 24 some 22 depending on how they are made well i love the new me I still have along way to go but by gods grace and mercy i will make it before wls i wore a size 38 I say because i could not wear many clothes in catherines and now I can go to walmart and cato's its so exciting and i love it but the best is yet to come!

Today is 3-09-07 and i still have not concord being under 300 lbs it is really bothering me because Im doing everthing right it just drives you crazy because Iam not losing any wieght havent lost anything in 1mth it is nerve racking but I thank God for the 102lb lost I feel wonderful and get this I can cross my legs with no problems it is awesome well until next time Ill post again soon.

Well today is a good day I lost 100 lbs 2 weeks ago i have not lose any more i have been stuck on 100 for 2 weeks it is kinda bothering me but i am so happy that I have lost 100 lbs I still got a long way to go and it is getting harder and harder but" I can do all through Jesus Christ"     thanks until another day.

02-06-07 AS OF TODAY I HAVE LOST 94LBS OH GOD IT FEELS SO WONDERFUL I WAS IN A SIZE 36 /38 NOW A LOOSE 24 IT IS GREAT MY HAIR STARTED TO COME OUT BUT SOMEONE TOLD ME TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS GETTING ALL OF MY PROTIEN SO I INCREASED MY PROTIEN INTAKE AND TODAY I FEEL WONDERFUL
IT IS A GREAT DAY I WALKED TODAY ,EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT AND NO DAY IS THE SAME SO WHAT YOU DO IS TAKE EVERY DAY IN STRIDE WITH YOUR HEAD UP AND ALWAYS PRAY BECAUSE IT WAS THE LORD THAT SAW YOU THROUGH! TILL NEXT TIME 

TODAY I BEGIN WALKING IT WAS A CHALANGE BUT I ENDORED IT I FELT REAL GOOD AFTERWARDS WHO WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO WALK A MILE COULD HAVE WENT A LOT LONGER YOU JUST DONT KNOW HOW I FELT IT WAS GREAT AND I WAS NOT EVEN TIRED I THANK GOD FOR GIVING ME MY LIFE BACK WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE EATING IAM 10 WEEKS OUT HELP ME PLEASE! 

I HAD MY SURGERY OCTOBER 31,2006 NEVER WILL FORGET IT FOR THAT WAS THE DAY MY LIFE CHANGED IAM 9 WKS OUT AND WITH  MY PRE SURGERY DIET INCLUDED I HAVE LOST 82 POUNDS AND I STARTED OUT 406 POUNDS AND BOY WAS I MISERABLE I DID NOT LOVE MYSELF I DID NOT DO ANY THING WITH MY FAMILY BECAUSE I WOULD BE IN SUCH PAIN  BUT KNOW IT IS WONDERFUL I HAVE ENERGY AND IF GOD BLESSED ME LIKE THAT HE WILL DO THE SAME FOR YOU I WILL WRITE AGAIN SOON LOL
