Well it has been a difficult road to being healthy. your mind uis set to it but your body not so much. I am Crystal and I have been over weight my entire life. I am a 33 year old mother of 5. 3 boys two girls oldest and youngest. ages are 19 16 15 13 11 years old and I have a 1/1/2 year old grandson. I have been with my husband 17 years and married almost 4 years happy and glad to be with someone who is my other half and understands and gets me. I wanted to start this journey because I want to live and not die. I need to give myself a fighting change at being healthy . starting weight 277 I have currently lost 10lbs on Optifast. I have sleep apnea , PCOS . November 6, 2012 is my surgery and I want everyone to know that I am proud to be this new family o OH. I want to say thank you to all the great people and all the support I have received. You all are valued members to me keep up the great support to each other.  I am not nervous I am ok with my choice. I am ready for change as its ready for me. Lets go and get started. Im praying for a easy recovery and a smooth surgery. Everyone say a prayer for me and I will see you all soon on the losers bench. stay positive and supportive. Love you all.
