I lost a 100lbs i'm so happy  but i'm going to still work off the rest of this weight to get to my goal of 150

I need help i'm slipping big time i'm back to drinking beer and eating junk food  and i think my weight lost is at a stand still.... what can i do to get back on track someone please help me.ohh and i'm eatting and  drinking at te same time bad habit  pleasssssseeee help me get my ass in line

well everytime i eat the damn shit gets stuck and i hate cuz then u know what comes after that rightevery damn place and my face turns beat red ...i'm just going to stick to liquids until i see my surgeon and i'm eatting the right foods... i guess no red snapper until then

WELL MY SURGERY WENT VERY GOOD! I WAS IN THERE FOR 4 LONG HOURS BUT IT WAS WORTH EVERY HOUR.... I'M STILL IN PAIN BUT I WILL BE OK... TALK TO YOU SOON!

I'M EXCITED AND NERVIOUS AT THE SAME TIME BUT I'M GOING TO BE FINE BECAUSE I HAVE GOD ON MY SIDE  AND HE IS GOING TO MAKE SURE I'M OK... SO PRAY FOR ME AND I WILL TALK TO U GUYS SOON OH WHAT THE HELL DO U PACK TO BRING TO THE HOSPITAL?

WELL I'M AT THE DOCTORS AND I JUST WEIGHED IN  AND I'M DONE TO 345 SO I'M PAST MY GOAL... I'M PROUD OF ME FOR DOING IT AND I GUESS LEAVING MY EX-GIRLFRIEND WAS THE BEST THING I COULD DO... EVERYTIME I COME SEE MY SURGEON SHE GIVES ME A HUG AND TELLS ME HOW SHE'S HAPPY FOR ME... WELL LADIES AND GENTS MY DATE IS MARCH 2ND AND I'M READY! I WILL BE POSTING MY DAY OF PICS UP SOON WELL I WILL POST SOON TALK YOU GUYS LATA....

WELL TODAY I WENT AND WEIGHED MY SELF AT THE DOCTOR'S WHEN I TOOKED MY CLIENTS TO THE DOCTOR'S AND I'M AT MY GOAL!!!! I'M SO PROUD OF MY SELF I WISH MY  MOM  WAS  ALIVE TO SEE ME NOW MARCH 2,2009 HERE I COME I'M JOINING THE LOSES BENCH WITH U GUYS!!!

I WENT TO THE DOCTORS YESTERDAY AND THEY GAVE ME MY DATE AND IT IS MARCH 2ND 2009
