"<font size = "3"><b><font color ="black">My first impression of Dr Obrien is when I went to the support group meeting. He was very willing to answer questions that everyone directed towards him. He is serious about helping people but also has a sense of humor.
When I went to my consultation, he was friendly and answered my questions in very basic terms. He seemed kind of in a hurry but that is understandable for a very busy person.
His office staff have all been very kind. His nurse Pam has been great about answering all of my emails.
The only complaint I have at this point is his chairs in the waiting room are a little on the snug side.</font color></b>"
