"New Diet"

So i started a new diet today and im so pumped about it. I must say i know the glory will last 3 to 4 days then my cravings will set in and all hell will break loose but im determined. Doc said i had to loose 35 to 40 pounds before my secod visit to its due or die, if i don't he'll put me on hold and do another 3 months of diet..AND IM NOT GOING TO LET THAT HAPPEN!!!! with school working out and keeping my deit in check has been hard for the last 2 months but yesterday i had an eiphany talk with someone..THANK YOU SO MUCH V. Im determined. next thursday 16 is my visit with the dietician so im hoping to loose a couple of pounds at least 3...*fingers crossed*. all i have left is the psyc evaluation and another support grounp and im ready oh yes and the 6 mnth diet letter from my PCP thats be ready on hopefully june 12! wish me luck. I can't wait!
