Been a great Journey for me

It has been 5 years now since my life took on a new Journey, and it has been fantastic. I have lost a total of 195 lbs... since 3 months before my surgery, and 147 since surgery...

I weighed 350 lbs, and 3 months before surgery, I went on a liquid diet and lost 45 lbs, and weighed 305 the day of my surgery.... If I had not of had RNY... the 45 lbs I lost would have come back with probably 20lbs to go with it....

I have never had any complications since my surgery, except for frothing, or dumping....  which I still welcome to this day.... It reminds me to make sure my food is chewed up nicely.... (my teeth have started falling out).... and if I dump... most times is from milk.... Oh how I love milk, but Oh, how it hates me....

Anyway, I will try to stay active on here and post more pictures....
