I came completely prepared with medical records as far back as 6 years, psych eval, recent endoscopy results, and office notes for 5 of the 6 visits required with my PCP for insurance purposes. He was very laid back, which I like, and explained everything to me with absolute clarity. I was half done with the process at this first visit. All I needed from there was the bloodwork, EKG and chest x-rays. I also needed the nutrition education class, behavior modification class, one-on-one with the nutritionist, and last, but not least, I had to attend a support group meeting.rnrnEveryone at Dr. Lord's office is very pleasant, extremely helpful, willing to answer as many questions as I have.
