"My first impression was that he was a totally commeted individual and whould do what was in my best interest. He completely went through the whole process and then answered all my questions. His staff was also very professional and friendly. UPDATE AFTER SURGERY: Everything I had heard about Dr. Davidson and my impressions of him and his staff has only been re-enforced to the maximum. Dr. Davidson is a very, very capable surgeon. I had total confidence in him before the surgery, because of the several visits and my talks with other people who have had him perform surgery on them and form comments from hospital staff that have worked around him. "CAPE FEAR VALLEY HOSPITAL-This was my first time dealing with them other than the emergency room two times for my sons who had injury’s from a car accident and a wrestling injury. They had me into pre-op and ready for surgery in no time at all, while still looking out for my family and ensuring that they were aware of what was going on the entire time. Once I got up to my room I had the best nursing care I have ever seen or could have asked for. They were always there asking if I needed anything, they gave me excellent care and were so cheerful and positive about my procedure.
